And I know to look past the high chairs for the menus. I'm not sure if I will go back to this TF, but perhaps the other staff are not so aggressive. The salsa bar had two mild salsas that were good. They were very tasty and the queso dip and chips were also good. I ordered carnitas (pork) tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cheese. So I ordered the daily special - grilled tacos. I almost turned around and left, but I was hungry. I told her I just wanted to get something to eat, and she calmed down and said all she was trying to do was to show me where the menus were I hadn't noticed them as the entrance was crammed with high chairs and boxes and tables. I felt as if I was being judged somehow because I was by myself and didn't fit whatever categories I was being asked about. As soon as I walked in, a greeter was in my face very forcefully asking if I was here for take out or if I was meeting someone. I have never been to this Tijuana Flats and stopped by for a quick lunch by myself.
